Good evening everyone,

I just became aware of a family of 8 (mom/dad and six kiddos) currently living in hotel rooms in Tacoma and looking for options for places to rent. I spoke with the mom and a huge barrier for them are their poor credit scores. They are currently making over three thousand dollars a month in income which is a combination of wages and child support but don't have the credit to be accepted.

Is there anything I could point them to which might help improve their credit score?

Also if anyone knows of landlords who are willing to rent to folks with low or poor credit scores I would appreciate a shove in the right direction.
