Is anyone in contact with my former yardmate?  I think he moved across the alley.  I've left several messages with my phone number and asking him to text me so I can get his belongings to him.  The notes appear to just get ripped up or tossed.  I'm reluctant to put all his things "on the street" where they will be scavenged but I need to clean up my yard and garage.  I'll allow a few days for a reply and then it's all going out.  Or to someone else's place if someone wants to store it for him.
