Hello all!

We are working with a female client who has two children and is in need of housing. This individual also has a male counterpart but she is not insistent on securing housing for all of them if finding housing for just her and her two young (ages 6) children is “easier” to secure.

Client has an eviction one year ago this month. We are working with her to establish a payment plan.

She is working full time through Valeo and has a second, evening shift position. Income is between $2-3K/mo.

Does anyone have any known one or two bedroom units available that would take one-year-old eviction?
