Subject: Homeless Coalition - sex offense

Is there anyone knowledgeable in this area? We have a client who was convicted and did 15 years, has now been out for going on 12 and can’t seem to find work or housing. They also stated that they cannot move out of pierce county? I have never heard of this, so I’m reaching out in hopes someone can educate me.
