I know a couple of fridays ago there were a couple of people attending who said one of them has a place people can come talk with her about how to access services through United Healthcare

The one thing I don't know is where/when a person goes to meet with her

I have Medicaid/United Healthcare and I need to replace my glasses. I know there are a few different considerations to take into account... that exams and actually getting the glasses can involve very different routes. The idea of spending some time with someone who knows what is and isn't possible and which routes a person takes to accomplish different goals sounds really useful. 

Any information on where/when that kind of advisory service is offered would be really helpful
