Are you homeless or housing insecure or know a student who is?

If you or someone you know is dealing with housing issues that might interfere with completing your UW Tacoma degree, there is a new program that might help.

Tacoma Housing Authority has partnered with Koz Development to make available micro-apartments with subsidized rents in a new building at the corner of S. 17th St. and Market St. The subsidized rents range from $392/month up to $784/month, depending on your monthly income.

For a limited time, UW Tacoma students who are homeless or housing insecure and whose income falls under certain thresholds can qualify.
