We have a cold weather shelter for families that is open for at least the next week or two for cold weather.    I’m not sure what can be arranged about her just coming out of the hospital, and right now they need to still seek services during the day because we use that same shelter space during the day . . .but it’s an option.

Subject: Homeless Coalition - Housing

I have a single mom with multiple children who just had a c section. She is in our Rapid Rehousing program but we have not found housing for her yet and the hospital called and are talking about releasing her. Anyone know of a shelter that has room for a large family? She is not from Puyallup so Open Hearth is not an option.

Thank you,
