Dear All,

Not-for-profit organizations that regularly transport participants/clients have a great opportunity to acquire a free vehicle through Pierce Transit's Care-A-Van Program. Our organization, Dave Purchase Project, was recently awarded a vehicle, a retired 12-passenger van-pool vehicle, through the program, that we will use to transport our Coordinated Care clients to and from medical and social service appointments.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and vehicles are awarded throughout the year. Penny Grellier, from Piece Transit, informed me that they have several vehicles similar to the one we were awarded, a 12-passenger van, that will be available in the near future.
