There’s an app called Roomster that can probably most help you find a room for rent in your price range.

Got home last night to find a notice that I have to be out by May 31 :/

(VERY grateful to recent litigation and those who fought for it. Before that this landlord would routinely give out notices on the 9th of the month to be out by the end of that same month :/ Still very scary, but better 60 days than 20!)

I have been renting a room for $600 a month, water/heat/electricity included and I can't really afford more than that in a new place.

I currently work on Vashon Island and rely on public transit, so somewhere near buses that go to Point Defiance would be key.

I know there is very little available down in that range (and honestly in the aftermath of a swift exit from an abusive marriage a couple of years ago, my credit rating is less than stellar... which I know doesn't help at all :/) but I would really appreciate pointers to possibilities.
