I am currently working with a client who is older (in his 60s or so) and is asking for my help to get him a motorized scooter. He has some money but not enough to cover the entire cost of getting one. He is extremely distrustful of the system as he seems to have some paranoia surrounding law enforcement and giving out his private information to medical health professionals. This makes it impossible for me to have him see a physician and have that person write a note for him saying that he needs the scooter, he won't even give me his consent to attempt to get him on state insurance.

The above being the case I am hoping someone can help me find an alternative way to get this gentleman help that doesn't rely on medical coverage. I'm looking for (ideally) a travel pro 3-wheel motorized scooter. Does anyone have any ideas?
