We issue heaters to the resident as soon as they get a pallets shelter. Is his broken, if so all he has to do is let staff know and Emerald will issue him a new one. Thank you

We have a participant at the stability site who is working full-time and is in a pallet shelter. He hasn’t had a heater since he moved in and he’s been sick the last few days.
