I have a client that has been in prison the past 43 of 45 years and got out needing to get an ID.  To prove who he is, he has a Montana DOC ID when he got out 2 weeks ago, but he was told it was not good enough.   He has the $5 ID voucher but got turned away when he asked for Washington State ID. 

Any help for him?
