Good afternoon, I was wondering if there was any suggestions for a young woman with a diagnosis of a developmental disability. She was in foster care and has been attending school but that support ends June 30th. She does have
DDA support. She was informed by someone that she could live in a permanent supportive housing option. She is only eligible for that program if she is literally homeless. That is not an option that is in her best interest.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thank you
