Pierce County Human Services has released a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for Affordable Housing Development and Preservation. Applications and required attachments are due by 4:30 pm on July 26, 2019.

CITY OF LAKEWOOD REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS to establish a coordination process for off installation housing of active duty service members in the vicinity of Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) neighboring communities – Due: July 19, 2019 at 4:30 P.M.

Also feel free to provide input on any updates you may have related to this issue. There will be a meeting on Monday, June 24 from 1:30pm-2:45pm with a municipality involvement focus at City of Lakewood City Hall, 3rd floor Mt. Rainier Room.

HUD CAPACITY BUILDING (SECTION 4) GRANTS

These funds are used to build capacity in nonprofit community development organizations – Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) and Community Development Corporations (CDCs) – that meet eligibility requirements. The Section 4 application is a two step process consisting of a Letter of Interest (LOI) followed by a Request for Proposals (RFP) if applicants are invited to submit.
