Facilities Maintenance Technician: We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician who has experience in several trade fields, is a self-starter and team focused individual capable of organizing and independently completing projects according to plan while using judgment to adjust work priorities in the interest of the customer. Preventative maintenance and building improvements include electrical, automatic entry systems, painting, plumbing, carpentry, refrigeration, and HVAC projects.

 

 

 

 


Night Shift Custodian/Floor Crew Technician: The ideal candidate for this role has experience in several trade fields, is a self-starter and team focused individual, capable of organizing and collaboratively completing projects at the direction of the Custodial Supervisor.  Custodial and floor maintenance include cleaning/sanitizing restrooms and other areas of the stores, floor care preventative maintenance, restoring hard surfaces and floors, carpet extraction, and other assigned duties as it relates to his/her job-site & current projects.  

 

 

 

Talent Acquisition: Do you have a love of processes, procedures and maintaining databases and/or applicant tracking systems? Do clean, concise spreadsheets and to-do lists make you happy? Goodwill is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional that will provide a seamless experience to all clients and candidates, supporting team members through all phases of the recruiting process. Safety Administrator: This is an integral supporting member of the safety and human resource team, assisting the Safety Risk Manager in developing, delivering and monitoring programs and policies and processes to build awareness to create a culture proactively focused on workplace safety. If you’ve been involved in safety program administration as an Operations Coordinator or HR Coordinator, this is a great opportunity to specialize in the safety field.

 

 

 

 


Data Analyst: Our IT Department is seeking a Data Analyst to support our Workforce Development programs. This is a position designed to enhance the use of information technology learning and data-driven decision making at Goodwill of the Olympics and Rainier Region. This position will have primary administrative oversight and leadership of Goodwill’s Workforce Development program-related data collection, analysis, and presentation.

 

 

 

 


Employment Specialist, Financial Education: Our Financial Education team is seeking an Employment Specialist to guide and coach Goodwill's many program participants into better financial stability and self-sufficiency through a better understanding of banking basics, budgeting, debt management, investing, critical thinking skills, credit score literacy. They also will provide one on one financial coaching, support with securing and maintaining employment, as well as assistance with tax preparation and filing.

Financial Coach: The best fit for our Financial Coach role will be patient, empathetic and love to guide others. You must be capable of relating to individuals with barriers to employment, including long periods of unemployment and limited work skills. We handle confidential information in this department, and you must be able to respect the members of our community regardless of where they are in their personal and financial journey. You care about ethics, and must be capable of working with staff members in a team approach. We serve a diverse community, and therefore Spanish fluent applicants are preferred but not required.

 

 

 

 


Marketing & Design Specialist: We are looking to add a creative, responsive and articulate Marketing & Design Specialist to our team. This role supports all areas of the marketing function, including marketing/communications, advertising, social media, corporate communications and public relations. He/She/They work(s) with the Marketing Manager, the Public Relations Manager, Retail Management, Mission Services and other Shared Services partners in the planning, coordination and production of marketing activities for all areas of the organization. The successful candidate will have 2 to 4+ years' experience and/or education in managing digital and print design, social media, copy writing, marketing/advertising promotions and project coordination.

Director of Workforce Development, Longview: Our Workforce Development team is seeking a compassionate leader for our Longview Work Opportunity Center in Longview, WA.  As the Director of Workforce Development, you will be working with community partners and federal, state and local funding organizations. Goodwill’s Workforce Development team meets individuals where they are and helps them move forward through training, work and the provision of supportive services. This role will oversee Goodwill’s investments, partnerships, programs and services in the Cowlitz County and surrounding southern counties of the Olympic and Rainier Region.
