Late response, but I'm hiring for a shelter supervisor position currently. The main things I look for are professional experience, lived experience and coach-ability. Also, they have to have a background free of crimes against vulnerable populations. If you think they may be a fit, connect us and I'll add him to my group interview. Also I fully realize that we still need to set up a get-on-the-same-page organizationally meeting. Does next Wednesday the 14th at noon work?

Subject: Homeless Coalition - Prevention Services

Hello-

We had a gentleman attend orientation today. Recently lost his position as a shelter supervisor at the salvation army in Seattle. Has a 7 day pay or vacate, starting today. The assignment we have for him doesn’t start until next Tuesday. Are there any prevention services available? Valeo wants to help, as well. We are engaging him in as many services as possible.
