A friend who is a property manager is asking us for some help:

“I have a tenant, he is a vet, currently on disability from work (cancer) and he can’t pay his rent right now. He has a past due amount from last month, and this month was due yesterday. I have to issue him a 14 day pay or vacate but I’m trying everything to get him some help. If anyone has emergency rent assistance funding, he and I will work together to keep him in his home. I don’t know who to call.”

I know we’re out of Rental Assistance funds at MDC currently. Anyone have a lead?
