One of our high-volume customers, a pallet manufacturer in Puyallup, is so happy with the work that Mitch Austin is doing in providing a large workforce full of stellar workers that they are purchasing a van for our use, in order to continue
staffing both the Puyallup location, as well as expanding in to their Orting location. We plan to hire a driver for this position and will set up shuttle routes to go to both plants.
The Puyallup location starts at $13.40/hr and the Orting location starts at $14/hr. They have a bonus program set up so that folks can make up to $100 extra a day, for exceeding their production quota. Some of our employees are averaging
around $18/hr, with the incentives.
Customer does not require background checks, although Valeo cannot hire anyone with any type of sexual offense. If you have any candidates that may be interested, please send them to our Tuesday orientation, at 1PM. Also, if you have any
Puyallup or Orting service providers that might have candidates looking for employment, I would love referrals. Building partnerships in these communities will be essential in expanding this workforce.
