This is the most recent draft of the Continuum of Care 5 Year Strategic Plan and it incorporates comments from the community meetings.  The Continuum of Care expects to have the final for its Oct. 16 meeting.  My suggestion is - as you read through this draft - ask yourself it it "rings true" with your experience, that of your clients, and your community and if it does what it needs to do - meet HUD and Washington State Legislative requirements and give us a roadmap for ending homelessness.  And until we end it, a respectful, effective and efficient system for responding to all without shelter.
