Greetings, dear friends,

As you probably know, I have left Tacoma and now live in Tenino.  I'm still clearing out my houses in Tacoma and am working to sell them to folks in the neighborhood.  One of the houses has current tenants who might not be a fit with the needs of the new owners.  I talked with them about trying to find a place but even though I can help with any deposit they might need, they don't have credit.  My understanding is it's NO credit not BAD credit.

The tenants are a 62-yr-old retired woman, her daughter and daughter-in-law.  I believe all are on some form of assistance.  I think both younger women have jobs.  They'd need a 2-bdrm place.  They have been good tenants, paying on time and I would vouch for them.  Even willing to co-sign if that's poss.

Can you steer me in the direction of someone they could work with on getting over the application hurdle?  There is no urgency.  That house won't sell for at least 3-6 months and I'm NOT evicting them.  Just trying to be pro-active so they have time to explore options.

Thank you all for the work you are doing.
Patricia (formerly Tent City Tacoma rep)
