The agenda for the Oct. 24 meeting has not yet been posted but here is the information from the City Manager's Report of Oct. 17.  I encourage those of you who want to attend to mark your calendars and when I see an agenda, I'll send it out.  You can also track this meeting yourself.  I've attached the relevant ordinance - 28498 which includes the zoning requirements.
