Please find attached the agenda and the staff briefing on the changes to the Temporary Shelter ordinance.  Please note that the proposed changes only add a total of 320 beds since the Stability Site already falls under this category.  I do not believe 320 beds is adequate given the number of unsheltered people in the community.
