I am currently working with a single mother with a 1 year old child. She is currently doubled up with someone else and that arrangement is ending in December. She has income from a job but is having a hard time finding places that will work with her situation.
Any leads on landlords or agencies who will work with folks on a case by case basis would be greatly appreciated, as I have other clients who have felonies on their records as well.
