Greetings,

I have a client who has been approved for HEN rental assistance, but we have not been successful finding a place to rent.  The subsidy for a room rental is $400.  While the subsidies for studios or 1 BR apts are larger, I cannot find a landlord who will take them.  The problem is that when people are approved for social security and the HEN benefit is terminated, they cannot afford the rent and end up being evicted in the middle of their lease.  Does anyone know of any resources for HEN clients?
