Provider meeting this Friday, November 15th , from 9:00am-11:00am. As usual, we are at the Salvation Army Church (1110 S Puget Sound Ave, Tacoma, WA  98405). 

Well, another jam packed agenda this week – probably too much scheduled for one meeting, but we are going for it:

· Learn about a great new program – Benevolence Blankets – providing blankets to support folks experiencing homelessness

· the Sexual Assault Center will be presenting on their amazing programs

· Hear about the exciting new Tacoma fire Department Safe Station Program

· Allison Needles with the News Tribune will speak with us about story ideas and hopefully we’ll have a good chat about stories, homelessness, and the media

· Advocacy Update from Maureen

· Shelter Update by the Metropolitan Development Council and their partners

Let me know any additions or changes to the agenda by midday Thursday. Or by really early Friday morning – fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants is how I roll these days, apparently.
