Instead of going to the meeting, just pretend you are going to the meeting, and instead, enjoy a morning yoga session to center your chakra. Or take your pooch for an extra-long walk. Maybe recover from a midnight Star Wars showing? Anyway, do whatever it is you to do to remain sane. And, as always, we’ll have your back.
