Please see the attached Tacoma/Lakewood/Pierce County Continuum of Care 5-Year Plan to Address Homelessness 2020-2025

At the January CoC meeting, the Committee will create the necessary sub-committees and start the process for creating and implementing the yearly action steps.

As you may recall from the last CoC meeting, the decision was made to split the CoC plan and the County Plan. The County plan is derived from the CoC’s plan but only addresses the 5 requirements from the Washington State Department of Commerce. The County’s response to the state has been granted an extension to allow the full process of County Council approval without stopping the CoC’s momentum to continue the work.
