Regarding housing resources for the single father, NW Access Fund provides low interest loans to people with disabilities. I recently found out that they can give loans to help people pay housing deposits. Several of my clients have successfully received loans through this program. You don’t need good credit, just enough money to pay back the loan each month. They can accept as low as $45 monthly payments.
