I'm selling my house that has been a shared housing situation.  I have a couple who could use help finding a place.  A friend and I have been doing what we can but they work full time and struggle with anxiety.  They have a cat they are trying to get certified as a support animal.  They would consider shared housing or their own place.  LGBTQA friendly is a must.  The 60-day window is up March 15th so there's some urgency.

These are good tenants.  They pay on time and get along well with others.  They only have to move because the new buyer intends to live here himself.  No tenants.
