I am a social worker at DSHS in Puyallup CSO.

As you may already know that DSHS office is closed and provide services mostly over the phone.

Anyone knows if Lifeline works for homeless?

What I know is that Lifeline requires zip code. Anyone knows how to help client to get free phone with no address?
