Colleagues,
From our action-oriented allies at the Tacoma Democratic Socialists of America - do not be nervous about their name. Signing on to this letter does not commit you to TDSA. They have a Housing Working Group that continually reaches out to many of us for suggestions about what the City of Tacoma could do to help our Unsheltered Residents and the people, like you, working to provide shelter and services. They helped us with the tenant protections in 2018 and with the Parks code change last fall. They continue to work for the most vulnerable among us.
This letter accepts individual sign-ons. I encourage you to read it, and especially if you live or work or have clients that live or work in the City of Tacoma, to sign it. Just follow the clicks.
