Hi all,

 

My client has not been able to get a hold of a live agent at the ESD office to understand her claims and is also locked out of her online account to check it herself.

 

She has not received any benefits for June/July and could possibly be evicted if she does not receive her remaining claims to pay her rent…anyone find success talking to ESD? We’ve tried all phone numbers listed on their website including tech support to unlock her account…until then, we will continue calling.
