You could try contacting Disability Rights Washington (https://www.disabilityrightswa.org/) or Columbia Legal Services (https://columbialegal.org/).  NJP cannot represent inmates to challenge their conditions in incarceration, but CLS has traditionally taken on issues like that.  It also looks like DRW has a current project protecting the rights of inmates with disabilities.

Inmate help by Sharlene Davis (06 Aug 2020 17:05 UTC)

I am working with an individual that is incarcerated at Monroe correctional facility.
He has a lengthy history of mental health crisis when he was in the community.  Since he has been incarcerated he has repeatedly asked for mental health services in which he has never received. He recently had an episode which landed him in isolation and still no mental health services after repeated attempts to reach out. He is now being punished and being sent to Walla Walla where he is terrified to even think of going.  All because he has been denied his mental health services.
    Any resources or suggestions??
