Dear Coalition Members:
Please see the attached flier to share with households who are likely to be eligible (per the information attached) to sign up on our interest list.
The interest list is not a guarantee of application or being housed, but it is a starting place for use to begin that process. The flier is for providers and is not intended to be a general handout.
Eligible households will be at or below 50% AMI—this is a homeless set aside project and so 75% of units are also for families who are in any category of homeless definition per HUD (1,2,3 &4). Some units
will also have a project-based voucher attached.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. I am out Fri-Mon this week, but will check emails when I am back on the 13th.
