Hey Community,
I know this is not the usual use of the listserv, but I am hoping folks with forgive me.  A director at our agency lost her dog.  The dog below was last seen in the Stadium District.  Messages have been posted on her NextDoor and other social media apps, and a person replied indicated that they have seen the dog tied on a rope at a camp around Stadium Thriftway with a person experiencing homelessness.  As you can imagine, she is devastated.  She is offering $500 her dog's return, no questions asked.  Her name is "Jewels" and any help would be greatly appreciated.  It is my hope that we can reconnect Jewels with her owner and NOT punish the person that may have found her.  It could be a win/win.
