We are working with a shared housing provider in Lakewood who requires first/last/deposit to move in and is $800/mo for room + utilities. I was unaware of the full cost at the time of employee referral (we're used to shared housing being equivalent to 1 $600/mo cost). Individual is working with CCS to access some Diversion funds and Valeo has committed $500 for the rest. Are there any additional resources we could tap into for move-in cost? $2400 move-in for a room rental seems outrageous, but that is what we are facing...
