Take home a free COVID-19 test kit from your library
Getting a home-collected COVID-19 test kit is as easy as stopping by your local Pierce County or Tacoma Library
branch! Call your library to schedule a pickup during curbside hours or talk to a librarian at an open branch. No library card needed.
You can take the test in the privacy of your own home at the date and time that work for you. The kit includes
simple instructions to safely take the test and drop it off at a UPS Store or UPS drop box.

Your health and our staff’s health are our top priorities. Many of our staff are responding to the outbreak and others are working remotely to serve your needs. You will likely experience slower-than-normal response times for requests not related to COVID-19.
