The Coalition put forward Built for Zero as our model for ending homelessness.  Here's an update from Community Solutions.  You can join their distribution list for free.

I'm hoping we can get ByNameLists from the encampments especially when there is a planned sweep - as with the 509.  I think it would be good to know how many of the people residing in the 509 are already on the County's ByNameList and what interactions have been documented to date - why are they still not either in a safe shelter site or permanently housed.  Plus how many people in the encampment are new to the ByNameList.  Why is it we are not encountering them?
