Hi Maureen,

Governor Inslee still has not acted to extend the statewide eviction moratorium to prevent thousands of unnecessary evictions this summer. June 30th is right around the corner and the Governor needs to hear our message again and from as many people as possible: Washington NEEDS MORE TIME to prevent massive evictions and a surge in homelessness.

I’m writing to you, Maureen, because you have shown up and have taken action. As one of the Housing Alliance’s most active advocates for housing justice, I invite you to join our week of social media action by tweeting at Governor Inslee. This will greatly help raise the profile of this urgent issue and of our urgent ask. Please join us in telling Governor Inslee: #JuneTooSoon!
