Here's a list of all the providers participating in the Emergency Broadband Benefit, which also covers cell plans. All those with blue checkmark are offering devices, but many companies also have their own promos aside from EBB with free phones. You can also stack both the Lifeline credit ($9.95) and the EBB credit ($50/75 tribal). This program allows much better devices and service than previous programs, but the discount is temporary til funding runs out (hopefully will be shored up under infrastructure plan).
Anyone whose income fell below $99k last year is eligible so many service providers who took pay cuts, layoffs, furloughs etc may also be eligible.
Make sure submitted names/addresses match up on both applications-every single character must be
exactly the same on the 2nd piece of the application as the 1st one to pass through the computers.
