Behavioral Health Equity Challenge

 

$200,000 in funding is available to support mission-driven organizations with projects that improve access to behavioral health services and advance health equity for Pierce County Residents. Grants for a single organization will not exceed $50,000, but there is no minimum award.

 

The deadline for proposals is Sept. 22 at 5:00 PST.

 

Group Therapy

 

We invite proposals for projects that address improving behavioral health outcomes for Pierce County residents with priority given to the following areas of interest, aligned with social determinants of health:

 

·     Behavioral health access and capacity building: investments that increase access to existing services and expand the capacity of services.

·     Behavioral and physical health integration: investments in the integration of behavioral and physical health, including the shift to physical co-location and team-based approaches to reduce stigma, lower burdens on outpatient mental health, and reduce the need for intensive and crisis services for children and families.

 

 

Proposals can be completed by downloading the Behavioral Health Equity Challenge Submission Form and submitting it to info@onepierce.org
