Good morning Coalition,

A Veteran Client has issues with his truck: several suspension parts need to get replaced, but the Veteran does not have tools or the financial resources to buy tools or to take his vehicle to a mechanic. 

Is there a resource that can assist the Veteran so he can have reliable transportation?
