I am hoping to find out who in this network serves people who are pregnant and experiencing homelessness. If your organization serves pregnant people or you know of other agencies in the County that focus on this population, please reach out to me.

 

The Health Department is looking to connect with community partner organizations to share some important communicable disease information for this population.
