Are you shopping for a home but keep running into barriers?

Many families find the process frustrating, time-consuming, and financially hard. Some may never find a landlord that will approve their application because of past problems. These barriers can be low income, low credit score, evictions, drug or criminal history.

The Renter’s Readiness Certification helps address apartment shopping problems. It will also make your application more appealing to landlords. The certification is a three-part class that covers financial capability, landlord/tenant relationships, and accessing community resources. Each of these                                                   topics will help you become a more successful tenant and help create a positive experience with your landlord.

We will be hosting all 3 classes over Zoom for the first 3 Fridays of November The schedule is outlined below, for each day and time that the classes will be held. Joining is easy - first, fill out the participant information form below, then click the following Zoom meeting link at the specified dates & times below to enter the class, and that's it!

Attend one class, two classes, or all three classes!  When you complete all three classes, you will receive a Certificate of completion.
