Hey Folks,

As I mentioned last week at the coalition, CLR is trying a new (old) strategy of really targeting a few locations and giving them all of our attention.  We have selected our locations for the next month.  Starting this week, every day at 9:30 (except Thursday's) we will be going to the encampment on 2nd and G, moving down the street to 7th and Tac Ave, and ending at the 24th and Portland Ave site.  Next week, we will transition from the Portland Ave site to 84th and Hosmer.  We will continue at these sites until January 3rd.  If you or organization is interested in participating, please email me to get on the schedule.  We will be using the outreach meeting (Tuesday's at 11am) to consult on cases, talk about client needs, and really try to meet the needs of the folks living in these locations.  If you would like to join the Tuesday outreach meeting, please email Jeff Rodgers (CCed above).  If your agency offers specific services (like detox, Veteran's services, transitional housing, shelter, etc) but you do not have the capacity to join our outreach efforts, letting me know of openings and/or joining the outreach meeting could be very helpful.  Below is our mobile clinic schedule and locations for the next few weeks.  We will update it whenever we get new information or more agencies send me their schedules.
