Good Morning All,

I have several clients in the shelter who have been trying to reach 211 for CE conversations since yesterday.  All are telling me they are on hold at least 45 minutes to an hour and never get anyone on the line.

Is there an issue with 211 this week due to weather?  Is this normal hold time?  What should I advise the clients to do?
