Good afternoon. As mentioned during yesterday’s Homeless Coalition briefing call, the Inclement Weather response will largely end at 8am on Sunday, January 2, 2022 . Some items to note:

Fife and Sprinker will operate indoor warming shelters until 8am on Sunday, when they will close.
RISE and South Hill Baptist will continue to operate temporary warming shelters until noon on Sunday, when they will close their temporary shelters.
Our Lady Queen of Heaven and Christ Community Baptist Church both had COVID-19 outbreaks and have ceased operation.
The City of Tacoma Lighthouse warming shelter will continue operations through March 31, 2021 (Valeo will pick up operation from LIHI in a week – this is basically an extension of LIHI for a week until the planned Valeo site operation starts up).
The LIHI and Stability Site Distribution sites will continue to distribute goods until Sunday at 8am.
The South Hill Baptist Distribution site will close at noon on Saturday.
The LASA Distribution site is closed.
Final resupply deliver to distribution sites was Thursday afternoon - 55 blankets to South Hill Baptist, 120 blankets to LIHI Aspen Court (following a smaller blanket and sock delivery from earlier in the day)
The Emergency Operations Center (EOC) demobilized yesterday, but we’ll provide the same level of support, just not from the EOC

Coalition website will continue to have shelter availability updated for all shelters at least daily
Gerrit, Jan, and Mike will be continue to be available on call.
