Some of you will receive this twice...sorry about that. This bill would have helped the homeowners in Meridian Mobile Estates - the 42 homeowners with notices to move this fall. Manufactured housing/mobile home parks can be very complicated but for the people who call them, home, we need to protect their rights to their homes.

I'm forwarding the Alert from the Association of Manufactured Home Owners and their request that as many of you as possible sign in PRO on HB1100. The instructions for signing in are in the Action Alert.

You can also sign in to testify or you can send written testimony.

Check the House Appropriations list to see if you have representatives on the Appropriations Committee - if so, just email them directly.

You must sign in by 2pm on Tuesday, Jan. 25.

I know some of you cannot sign on in your official capacity BUT you could ask your lobbyists to do so. Or perhaps sign on in our individual capacity.
