Hello-
Your Veteran can obtain a new copy of his DD214 by submitting a request te evetrecs,  vetrecs.archives.gov  . There they can request a copy of the DD214. No cost. Takes a little while, usually a few weeks. The ID Card can be obtained at the DEERS office on JBLM. Best to make an appt, otherwise you sit around for awhile. You can gain all info at home.army.mil, and type in DEERS at JBLM. The office is a few clocks past the front gate at McChord. (Bridgeport exit) Hope this helps. Feel free to call if you have more questions.

USE CAUTION - EXTERNAL EMAIL
Hello,
I have a participant who is a veteran in need of a new military ID, DD 214, and other veteran services. He is working hard on changing his life for the better. If anyone can help me in supporting this veteran, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
