Vicky,

Tacoma Pro Bono should be able to assist her. Also, when does she have to vacate? Because if she is a person with a disability, she may be able to ask for a reasonable accommodation for additional time to vacate the unit. It the property is within Tacoma city limits she can talk with our Fair Housing team for additional information. However, TPB is the best for legal advice on eviction process.

Good Morning-
Im working with a 73 yo female who has been given an eviction notice. She was served on 9/21. She is scheduled for surgery (mandatory not elective) on Monday. Is there any agency that may help her today to get legal advice about the eviction process?. Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
